Sharp Pain Below The Surface Of Glands Area Of Penis After Urination. Reasons ?

After urinating, I get a sharp pain below the surface of the glans area of penis. There are no scrapes, I don't have frequent urges to go, my urine isn't cloudy or blody, I've had no abdominal pain, and I'm reasonably sure I've go no STD - adolescent virgin here! - do you have any idea what this could be, how I could stop it and prevent it in the future, and if I should pay a visit to my local doctor?
