Sharp Pain Behind Navel, Foul Smelling Belches, Stomach Pain, Headache. Treatment For Symptoms?

sharp pains located behind my navel, very gasy when belching the smell is rotten eggs , alond with sour blood smell i smell through my nostriles started 5 weeks ago and havent disappeard, headache when i look in any direction the kind that makes you wanna just continue rolling your eyes in hopes it would help..very restless due to stomach pain?

u r suffering from gastritis.
avoid tea,coffee
avoid spicyand oily foods
take frequent small meals,
excess cold milk
also antacid.
nothing to worry,u willbe fine.
