Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain Post Partum, Had Unprotected Sex, Not Got Periods Yet. Pregnant ?

Hi, I had a baby two and half months ago. He was born July 19. My post partum bleeding ended at about 2 and half weeks. A week ago I was having sharp lower abdominal pain that would only last a few seconds. this happened for a few days about 6 times through out the day. I believe I was ovulating at this time and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex at that time as well. I also noticed spotting and light bleeding...not normal for my periods and I dont think my period has even come back yet. Could I be pregnant again? Is this a sign that my period is coming back? or could it be something else

Hiiii,
Welcome to HCM.
Your baby is now two & half months old. If your baby is on Exclusive Breast Feeding (only breast milk and nothing else),then chance of pregnancy is very less more likely 1-2% with unprotected sex.
EBF is mandatory for baby at least first 6 month of age and mothers are always with amenorrhoea (Lactational amenorrhoea).
You are present with lower abdominal pain 6times a day following unprotected sex.After that you notice light bleeding or spotting.
It may be due to hormonal imbalance or early implantation. So you have to do a Home pregnancy test for hcg to exclude possible pregnancy.
Check the result and consult with your doctor.
Also you practice safe sex in this time period of EBF by using Progesterone only pill(POP) or condoms or other measures.
