hello, welcome to HCM. You must immediately consult a cardiologist. Left side chest pain and radiation to shoulder is associated with cardiac ischemic diseases. You should undergo an ECG. blood tests for cardiac enzymes and chest X ray. You might need to under go a stress ECHO. So you should not ignore the issue and take prompt action. Wish you good health.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
If you are getting chest pain which is radiating to the shoulders and ribcage I suggest you get an ECG and a Chest X-ray. You need to rule out stress effect on the heart as well if needed. It would be better to consult a Cardiologist in this regard. Avoid much exercise. Keep well hydrated. Eat healthy.Avoid moderate to severe exercises for a while till you are diagnosed and treated.
