Shall I Lose Weight To Get Regular Periods ?

I m Having Problem with my Period Cycle, Should I Loss More Weight? Hi,my name is Linda from Malaysia. My age is 26 years old.My previous weight is 94 kg and my height is 157 cm .I m still not married and I m having problem with my period cycle. It s been not normal since i was in college doing my first diploma when i was 20 years old. My period came last year about 7 weeks only and it turns out to be a normal period and I didn t face any difficulty that time . Lately my period is not coming over 7 months and I m worried about my future. The Local Doctor s told me that my hormone is not balance anymore so he advised me to lose more weight by exercising and keep in healthy diet . The Local Doctor s told me If I can maintain my weight back to normal weight and exercise regularly, i might get back my normal period cycle. I m not having any pains even my period comes very late.I just wanna confirm that If I can loss my weight, can my period cycle become normal again?

hi Norhaslinda,
The most likely reason for a weight gain is water retention. While this is a common symptom that can be particularly discouraging when following a structured food plan
Furthermore, water retention can be lessened during this time period by making small dietary changes, like reducing sodium and increasing fluids.
for you also due to loss in cycle and change in hormone leads to weight gain
for the maintaining of cycle or get back to normal cycle ayurveda is the drug of choice if yor are ready we can do that
thanking you
