Shaky hands, excessive hair loss. Could this be a thyroid sign?

My husband is 35. He is 5 11 and 160 lbs. In the last 5 months I have noticed shaky hands and recently excessive hair loss . His whole family has extremely thick hair and so did he till recently. Could this be a thyrid problem? Or something much worse. Stressers are House flooded in the summer of 2011. We have rebuildt it and are now back to normal, has alot of buisiness stress.

Be even in simple b 12 defiency.if other symptoms weight gain.irregular periods hypotension and acne are present we can diagnose it as thyroid disease clinically.even then go for thyroid profile to rule out.use biotin.iron.b12.
