Shaking sensation in head, fast heart beat and vibration in body. What could be this?

About 3 weeks ago in bed I noticed a shaking sensation in my head as though the contents were being shook around for several seconds. On Tuesday when I lay down to sleep my heart started racing even though the pulse was normal, it just felt very strong and deep. Yesterday when I lay down to sleep it started again, only as well as feeling an earthquake feeling through my whole body, like an intense electrical vibration even though I was laying perfectly still. It was an inner body sensation

We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I sincerely suggest you to think the episode as just imagination because it comes under that category. Please understand and try to remember what happened on that day prior to that episode. Were you tired? over stressed? anxious? trifle? quarrel? Think of everything that could have triggered the imagination.

You are totally wrong about your heart beat and pulse. pulse is directly proportional to heart beat.

Therefore, stop having unnecessary self diagnosis and consult a physician if you have any doubts about your body because self diagnosis can be dangerous.

Hope you understood. Available for further clarifications.
Wish you speedy recovery.
