Shaking Hands, Pain In Calf Muscle, Dizziness, Jumping Pulse. Help

i have shaking hands constantly (they are worst in the morning) they shake so bad that sometimes i have to rest my cup of tea on a desk or something to get my hands to stop shaking or control it, and I get a kind of 'bubbling' throbbing/pulsing pains in my calf muscle in my right leg and even if i am sitting at 90 degrees and i stand up i get very bad dizzyness and i will have to lean on a wall or something to steady myself. aAlso sometimes my pulse jumps, that i can easily 'hear' it and i feel it coursing through my entire body. Help? Thank you

Hi, it is the result of extrapyramidal, effect, and neuritis, may be due to the defeciency of Vitamin B12, D,calcium, and may be secondary to the hypertension, or diabetis if the are already present. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Take green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods. Thank you.
