I was asked why by my wife the other day why my hand was shaking as i was eating. I first noticed this when i was 16 in high school eating a french fry. It was just flopping around and got my attention. It doesn t always happen. It is normally midmeal so I did nt think low blood sugar or anything. It s just a small tremor . But my wife was concerned about it and i ve done it forever is all I could tell her. What causes it?
