Sexually Not Active But Having Clusters Of Pink Pimples On Underside Of Foreskin When Pulling It Back
hello, i have these tiny clusters of tiny pink/skin colored pimple things on the underside of my foreskin when i pull it back. they have been there for a long time and cause me no pain or irritation. they dont have pus or anything they just look strange. im not sexually active either
Hello Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have clusters of pink pimples on under surface of foreskin.
Mostly these are granulomas developed secondary to chronic infection of the foreskin (Prosthatitis). However this needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General surgeon .
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily
Ensure to clean your genitals with warm water twice daily.and apply topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily. Dr.Patil..
