Severe weight gain after hysterectomy. Have obesity. High thyroid levels in the past. Need help in weight reduction
I am desperate for weight loss solution. I had a hysterectomy 5 years ago and since then I ve gained 60 pounds. The doctors have told me now that I am obese and I never have been even close to that before.my thyroid levels were high twice in the past 3 years. I don t know if that has anything to do with this. I really need a solution to help me lose this weight. I have been looking into HCG or anything else I can do to help me lose weight.

If your thyroid hormone levels low now than you will gain weight. There is no easy and quick solution to loose weight. The options are diet, exercise , drugs and lastly surgery.
