Severe weight gain after eating junk food. Stretch marks on the body. Need to increase the stamina

i am 20 years of age i was 70kg 5'9 in height last 12 months due to eating frm outside food junk foods i gain weight of 92kg now also gng to gym so my weight mass evetin has incresed a lot and lot of strech marks also fell on my body while am on gym
sugest me 3 things
1- weiight loss
2- reduce strech marks frm body (biceps.shoulder,back,
3- increse stamia in running ,jogging

2. stretch marks are hard to reduce ,but regular massaging with cocoa butter creams can help in reduction as well as weight loss can help you in reducing is a time taking procedure to reduce stretch marks by yourself. consulting a dermatologist or a cosmetologist may be required.
3.For increase in stamina you need to take a balanced diet.If you do not take enough food in order to lose weight, it may not give you strength and stamina for doing the physical activity. hence take food in sufficient amounts (preferably small amounts in frequent intervals ).

First of all, stretch marks are caused by over stretching of the skin when it is stretched (example with rapid weight gain or pregnancy) consult a dermatologist for the stretch marks. If they are still new, they may be able to reduce it. But if the stretch marks have been there for a long time, then its very difficult to treat. Consult a dermatologist in any case.
Second of all, there is no simple way to reduce weight and improve stamina. The only fool proof way to do so and achieve long lasting results is with a good work out and eating healthy (no, i do not mean starving). A balanced meal with balanced work out is what is required. Drastic weight loss can do more harm than good.
Thirdly, do consult a physician once, as many endocrine diseases like hypothyroidism and cushings disease etc, can cause weight gain, with fatigue and marks on the body. Kindly visit a physician to rule out these rare causes of obesity as well
