Severe Stomach And Body Pain, Burning Sensation In Upper Back, Neck. Causes For Symptoms?

Doctor I have been experiencing query stomach and all over body aches sometimes burning sensations in my upper back and neck , that come and go. I have been to the doctors twice and nothing has been diagnosed. My symptoms have changed weekly for the last 4 weeks. I will feel a certain way one week and different the next. I m 21 years old and I really would like to know what s wrong with me?
