Severe Sinusitis, Have White And Cloudy Mucus Through Nostril, Numbness In Gums, Sensitive Teeth, Breathing Difficulty. Effective Remedy?

Hello doctor, case of the year, here. I ve been suffering from severe sinusitis symptoms for over a year now, and no one has been able to diagnose / cure me. Current symptoms are; white and cloudy mucus coming out of my right nostril , where-as my left is completely clogged with a brown and orange sticky mucus. My left upper gum is numb and the surrounding teeth are extremely sensitive. On top of this, my left nostril reeks of a putrid rancid smell 100% of the time for the past 3 - 4 weeks. When i exhert myself physically, I cough up a yellowy mixture of the two forms of mucus, and am instantly short of breath. (I am a 19 year old male in relatively good shape) I have been diagnosed with; pneumonia, bronchitis , sinusitis, common cold (x10) and tonsillitis . I am sick and tired of being sick and tired, and am wondering if you may have any idea as to what is keeping my immune system down, and allowing this disease to kick my ass on a daily basis.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
hi I have gone through your mail and as have said that you are having nasal problem in the form of thick mucoprulent discharge, nasal obstruction leading to difficulty in breathing.Beside this you are having infection in throat and chest.you have taken treatment but you can't get any relief. Considering your all symptoms it seems as you are having rhinosinusitis with it's complications. You are now advice to go for these basic investigations-(1) C.T.Scan paranasal sinuses,(2) Culture and sensitivity of nasal discharge,(3) X-Ray chest PA view (4) Blood-C.B.C.,E.S.R.,blood sugar-F & PP,apart from this you should contact your E.N.T.doctor for clinical examination of your nose to rule out any polyp, deviated nasal septum, growth, allergic changes because all these can give rise to prolong nasal discharge and sinusitis.Whenever alveolar border of maxillary sinus (sinus inside cheekbone) is involved in disease process patient always feel dental symptoms in the form of numbness and pain in teeth of upper jaw of same side. Thus by clinical examination one can get lot of information about your disease and after co-relation of examination finding with inferences of investigations one can make final diagnosis than only correct treatment may be plan.Thanks.
