Hi,
Welcome to the forum.
The symptoms you have described are more likely to be symptoms of muscles strain.. Exact diagnosis can be made only after proper examination by an orthopaedician. So I suggest you to consult one.
In the meanwhile, for symptomatic relief.
1. Do hot fomatation at the site.
2. Apply local anti-inflammatory gel 2-3 times a day.
3. Take mild pain killers like acetaminophen or ibuprofen.
4. Stronger prescription NSAIDS with muscle relaxants may help if simple analgesics do not help.
5. Do not lift weight or try to do exercise that involve painful muscles. Give proper time to heal.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
