I have been having severe pain in my right side, shortness of breath pressure in my left side, nausea weakness, and lightheadness, and dizziness and seeing squiggles and some twitching in my right eye. This all started after I was dignosed with a UTI and stomach bug and since then I have up 25 plus symptoms that seem to come out of nowhere. I have had numerous bloodwork and tests done that show nothing. I am in so much pain and am at my wit s end!
