Severe Panic Disorder. On Serouil And Zanax. Refer Good Psychiatrist

I need a referral to a good psychiatrit or health professional for my severe panic disrder. My doctor has died suddenly. I am currently taking serouil and zanax. I live in Hampton Bays NY. I have medicare. I live on a very low income and cant afford to pay for a referral. I did not know it costs 15.00 to answer a simple question.
