Severe Pain In Right Side Of Body While Moving. Suggestions?

Over the last few days I have had a pain in the right side of my body. Is painful to sit or lay in some positions and is extremely painful when getting out of chair or bed.
Today it has started to hurt when I cough or sneeze or blow nose.
Can't remember banging my side or stretching too far.
What do you suggest?
Thanks

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain on whole of the right side of the body without any history of trauma is likely to be due to a generalized viral infection or Vitamin d3 deficiency. Do get some simple blood tests done to find out.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
