Severe Pain In Right Ovary, Vaginal Ultrasound Shows Fibroids, Cyst. Have Nodules On Lymph Node. Concerned

I went to the ER for severe pain in my Right Ovary, after doing a ultra sound and vaginal exam they advised me that I had some small fibroids and Cysts, but they should not be causing the level of pain I have been experiencing each month as I ovulate. This month I went to GYNO and they are scheduling me for an MRI, but they requests the reports from the ER and the nurse said it was 34 pages long and mentioned that I had a nodule on my right side and something about a lymph node. Ins, initally wanted to refuse to allow me the MRI, but relented upon recieving the 34 page report, that I have not seen. Do you think this is something to be concerned about? what is a nodule and how would it tie into lymph nodes, and would that be what is causing so much pain? it feels like I am getting stabbed! I am just really worried !

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are getting severe pain in the lower abdomen.Other than the fibroid and cysts other causes possible are urinary tract infection, stone in the ureter near the bladder, T.B of the iliocaecal region, or may be the appendicitis.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
