Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
From your query, i suspect you may be suffering from Peripheral artery disease.
Pain may be due to reduced blood flow due to narrowing of arteries.
The accumulation of fatty substance in blood vessels lead to narrowing of the arteries.
You need the following to be tested.
Check all the Peripheral pulses.
Check the blood pressure in all the limbs. Ankle-Brachial index is essential to compare the blood pressure between arms and ankles.
MRI and CT angiography of limbs may be necessary.
Please do the above investigation and consult a vascular surgeon for further follow up.
If any doubt, Kindly reply.

Hope this helps.
Take care.
