Severe pain in pelvic area. Done hysterectomy, ovary removal in the past. Suggestion?

Hi, I had an abdominal hysterectomy and left ovary removed due to endo in 1992. I have pometimes s evere in my pelvic area. Right ovary was removed this past summer due to cysts . Doc said I was a complete mess with endo and adhesions. Lysed adhesions, removed appendix, Utererlysis, separated colon , ureter ,c. Now pain is backtru

Adhesions resulting from previous surgery and removal of adhesions may make the pain worse.
To release from this pain you should take pain killers paracetamol,ibuprofen.
You should do for at least 30 min activity in day and eat healthy food.
