Severe Pain In Left Back, Front, Pain Increases While Eating, Constipation. What Is This Pain?

Hi doctor I ve had a bad pain in my left side back and front for 3 days now. Went to a walk in doctor and he said it s not my spleen or kidney . The pain gets worse when I eat and I have had some constipation with it. Now I m having pulsating on the inner side of my left knee no pain though just annoying. I also had pain in the right side of my neck. I ve been sick since April and now I m concerned about my pancreas . What could all of this be?

Hi,

Pain in left back along with pain in front of abdomen which gets enhanced while eating can be due to the following reasons:
Gastritis along with ulcer formation most probably on posterior wall of stomach.
Pancreatitis is possible.
Anything related to retro-peritoneal area.
This can be diagnosed by the following ways>
Upper GI Endoscopy.
Ultrasonography of abdomen followed by confirmatory CT scan of abdomen.
Tests of blood and stool.
Till then take a PPI like Omeprazole.
Antacid when on empty stomach.
Domperidone as prokinetic.
Stool softener for constipation.
Pain in neck on right side and tingling on inner aspect of knee joint can be due to local problems that your Doctor will look for and get you treated accordingly along with as per the reports of investigations.
