Severe Pain In Hip Joints & Back Etc.
I have severe pain in my hip joints and lower back, i cannot bend over or crouch down, i cannot lift my legs as it causing sever pain in my hips and legs, if i sit down i have trouble standing up again.

Most probably you are suffering from a spine problem whether it is prolapsed disc or any other reason for spinal canal stenosis
you should get MRI of lumbosacral spine done & consult spine specialist for further treatment
