Severe Pain In Feet While Urinating. Is It Due To Pressure Of Bladder Pushing Sciatic Nerve?

Hi. I get an electric shock type pain in the lateral side of my foot when I need to urinate/am urinating. I have suffered from sciatica before and wondered if this is caused by the pressure of a full bladder pushing against the sciatic nerve. Any advice would be great as this is very painful! Thank you.
