Hello.¿Your doctor has requested tests to rule out rheumatic disease?
If you have polyarthralgia, rheumatic disease is the first diagnosis to rule.
If the tests are normal, Fibromyalgia is a possible diagnosis.
You need more powerful painkillers and neuromodulators .I treat my patients with Fentanyl 50 mcg patch+Duloxetina 30 mg at morning+Pregabalin 25 mg at night when Fibromyalgia with very severe pain is the diagnosis. Also practicing moderate physical exercise is important.
I wish you good health.
