Severe Nose Dryness, Pain. History Of Bilateral Inferior Turbinectomy, Septoplasty. Remedy?

Hello Doctor...
I am Bharathi... my husband had bilateral inferior turbinectomy, right uncinectomy, right ethmoidectomy and septoplasty 9 years back.... from then he has been suffering with severe nose dryness and pain from that...he has been applying neosporin-H ointment regularly and recently was also applying nasoclear spray along with that....still the problem persists.... can you suggest any remedy....thank you in advance....

Hi, Due to operations he has developed the loss of nerve supply, and dry ness, the neosporin-h and nasoclear spray causes more dryness due to decongestant action. If using ranitidine please stop it.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe anti oxidants, and b complex for promoting natural mucosa. thank you.
