Severe muscle spasm of the nexk n shoulder.xray shows loss of c cerv londosis.wat shud i do?what kind of doc do i c??grateful for ur help.im 25.it came sudenly.thought i ws paralyse n hd to b tranported to hospital by ambulance.ibrufen n painkillers hardly any help.

In cervical muscle spasm ,xrays finiding will be loss of cervical lordosis. in patients with cervical muscle spasm i like to prescibe thiocolchicoside tab 4mg twice daily, warm compress with ice gel applicaton and like to review after 5days.i think don,t worrry too much and follow adv like this and consult with your physician
