Pain during mensturation is commonly seen and can be dysmenorrhea if the pain is very severe to hamper daily activities and is associated with nausea/vomitting.
It may vary in intensity from individual to individual.
You can take pain killer like Ibuprofen
one tablet twice a day after meals along with an antacid
20 mg for relief of pain. You can take Domperidone
10 mg once a day for vomitting.
If the problem perisists, get yourself examined by a Gynaecologist.
