Hi, I m a 29yr female. I had a baby in March. I ve had one period around Christmas with heavy bleeding. Now I m experiencing severe lower back pain (I can barely walk), headache, nausea , dizziness and today light pink discharge when I wipe. My urine is very dark, but doesn t burn when I go. Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms you are having are likely to be related to bacterial vaginosis or a pelvic inflammation. An ultrasound scan of the lower abdomen will help in proper diagnosis. A course of antibiotics may be needed for control.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
