Severe lower back pain, frequent urination. Urine shows WBCs. Treatment for symptoms?

i have been having severe lower back pain when am active and i urinate alot sometimes i might be very pressed but little excreation will comeout.i know am not pregnant coz i have been on a pill for two years now. i have been to different gyns but they all havent found any thing wrong .they only thing the detect is white blood cells in my urine .

Thanks for the query.
White cells in urine could be a sign of infection
So you could get a urine culture to confirm if you have an infection. I would also recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis if its not already done.
