Severe Knee Joint Pain With Swelling, Tiredness, Difficulty In Walking Or Bending Them. Could It Be Some Kind Of Virus?

I have had severe jont pain in both knee joints which came on suddenly a couple of weeks ago. I was extremly tired and feeling run down about a week before this happened, otherwise I haver had pain in my knees. They were warm an very swollen and I couldn t walk or bend them. Could be some kind of vrus? I am just starting to move around a little bit better now.
