Severe Joint Pain, Enlarged Spleen, Low Leucoplast Count. History Of Diabetes. Treatment?

hello sir my mother is 55 yrs old she has a family history of diabeties n she is a diabetic herself her sugar level is not too much in control she takes insulin to control it from 2 year or half she is suffering from severe joint pain and also she has enlarged spleen n her esr level is too high abt 90 n her hb level is low with low leucoplast count... please suggest me what to do m very much worried...
