Severe Itching In Anus, Vagina, Small Ulcer On Perineum, Sensitive Vagina. HSV?

Hello! I have been to the gynecolog one 5 days ago because I had awful itching in my perinal and anal area. I was checked but no discharge, no morphologic changes of the vagina . So no prescription. The same evening after the check I discovered small ulcer 2mm on my perineum . No pain, no stinging only the itching in the anal area were ramaining. It cured but now I feel something at the begining of my vagina. No swollen, no itching or stinging, no redness, but just sensitive. I am scared that it might be HSV . What do you think? Thank you!

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
A single ulcer like you have described is less likely to be due to HSV. A direct examination and investigations are necessary for proper diagnosis.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
