It seems more like a candida infection which is very common during pregnancy due to the favourable environment for the growth of candida.During pregnancy, the vagina is rich in a sugar called glycogen which helps in growth of the organism

Candidiasis, also called thrush or moniliasis, is a yeast infection.

You can follow the below steps.

wear loose cotton underwear

don't use soap around the vagina to clean

Wipe your bottom from front to back after you've been to the toilet

Use a Clotrimazole based intravaginal cream , this will reduce your symptoms .

keep your private parts dry and clean

In case the symptoms persist or recurrs you will need to get tested for gestational diabetes
