I recently tool the Bio 101 test with my dr. I was given lots of different supplements all at once. I have been taking them for 3 days. The last two nights I have had severe indigestion with pressure around the collor bone and pain that goes straight through to the back. I fill like I am about to blow up. Hi there,

What were the supplements given? Could you please list them?

As for indigestion, I would suggest you have Omeprazole 20 mg daily in the morning half an hour before breakfast for 1 week. It might help reduce the indigestion. I would suggest you drink warm water at regular intervals. Avoid oats, fruits, fatty food , etc at the moment.

Hope this helps.
