Severe headaches, black spots in vision, light headedness, sweating excessively. Causes for symptoms?

Hi, Im a 27 year old female and am overweight , i dont exercise very frequently but i do walk 2 miles a day on average. However, when completing household tasks such as sweeping the floor and hoovering im getting violent headaches , black spots in my vision and feel like im going to faint, and im also sweating excessively. Are these symptoms just because i am unfit and overweight?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

From your description, these could be signs of a circulatory problem, cardiac problem or even a problem with blood sugar. Although the list of conditions could be much longer, I have listed the most common ones.

In my opinion the best option would be to get yourself examined and investigated with the help of a complete medical check-up. This would help in early diagnosis of any medical conditions. It would also be advisable to undergo such medical check-ups once every 6 months as you are over weight.

I hope this information helps. Feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications.

Best wishes.
