Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.
Based on the details provided, the reasons for her illness is not clear. The commonest cause of headache is migraine. However, in this situation, we need to exclude any infection. Also, why are the antibiotics going on ? Where is the infection, is it urinary tract infection?
Please get her urine examination done.
As of now, she can continue the advice of her doctor.

Best wishes,
Dr Sudhir Kumar MD DM
