Severe Headache On The Lower Right Side Of Head. Can Hear Fluid Noises. Recommend Diagnosis And Treatment Plan.

I have severe headaches on the lower right side of my head at the base of my skull I can also hear swirling fluid noises in my head at the same location as my headache can you help make some diagnosis as to the problem and also recommend who to go to for treatment. Also I just recently applied for medical insurance should I wait for coverage to take affect before going to a doctor
