Hello,
Welcome to health care magic.
You seem to be having acute telogen effluvium, which is a type of sudden onset hair fall. The common causes are a fever or any illness which you had 3- 6 months prior to onset of hair fall , medications, anemia, poor diet and thyroid abnormalities. Do get your hemoglobin and thyroid status evaluated.
You could take a biotin containing multivitamin, good diet rich in protein and also use topical solution contain minoxidil after consulting your doctor.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
