Severe Hair Fall, Dandruff. Using Shampoo With MORF F Solution. Correct Application?

Hello DOC. I have suffering from hair fall since 2-3 years , but sometimes it goes on peak and sometimes becone just normal , though right now it on peak , my local DOC adviced me a shampoo with MORR F solution ... I wsnted to know is it rightly pescribed ? I m already applying it daily bt since a week suffered from dandruff so i discontinue using it , i wanted to know can i continue using it and if yess how much should be tge application keeoing in mind my dandruff and hairfall ( not baldness ) ?? Please help

Thanks for query,
First of all the reason of your hair fall is not only dandruff.There were several reason of hair fall along with fugal diseases like poor nourishment,Any systemic illness,familial pattern of baldness etc.
But still your Dandruff requires attention as it is since 2-3 years.
I think minoxidil doesn't worked on dandruff.
You requires salenium sulphate containing shampoo to be applied on your scalp twice weekly for at least one hour for at least 6-8 weeks.
Consume vitamin rich food more leafy vegetables & avoid junk food.
Along with it you take oral vitamin preparation which contains Vitamin E daily for 6 months.
A daily use of coconut oil application to hair is also helpful.
