Severe Hair Fall. Remedy?
Hello Sir,
My name is Saurav. I am 23 years old. I am having hair fall problem since last 4 years. But from last 2 months it has been increased which is 150-200 hairs every day. So i have cut my hair short to get relieve from it. But I have noticed that my front head is having very less hair than earlier.
Please suggest me some medications regarding this. So that i can stop and regrow my hair back.

It is very early hair loss.This type is most likely male pattern and depends upon family history.
You can prevent it to some extent by certain medicines.
Start minoxidill and aminexill hair spray.
Oral medicines like selenium,b12,vit-e,l-lysine,ca.pantothenate,zinc,inocitol will be helpful.Use good hair oil,Don't keep your hair dry for long time.
Otherwise avoid stress,eat good nutritious,protein food,sprouted pulses,fruit juices,vegetable soups.
Start regular exercise,yoga.
consult your doctor for guidance and medical management.
