there is increased demand of calcium , minerals and vitamins
. If these are not taken in sufficient amount during these periods, mother get deficincy of these nutrients and causes generalised muscular ache.
So I advise you to take diet rich in Omega 3 fatty acid , complex carbohydrate
, Vit-D &calcium,fruits and vegetables.
Take low fat diet.
Drink ample of water.
Watch your weight.
