Severe Cramping In Arm And Back. Noticed Blood In Saliva And Difficulty In Swallowing. Cause?

Hey, my husband for the past several days started complaining about severe cramping in his right arm and the center part of his back close to his neck. He said he gets cramps when water touch his right side n he has a tingling numb feeling in his toes on his right foot. Then he said a day after he started having this problem he went to spite but spat blood instead, he said when he try to urinate it will start to flow and then just stop just like that without him doing it. Now today he said he went to eat something but then when he swallowed like the food had a hard time going down but when it went down it was painful. Can you please tell me what could be wrong with my husband?

Hello,
With so many multiple problems in your husband, I would suggest him to consult a GP and get a chest X ray done with blood tests.
You never know, he must be having some problem in his chest as he spat out blood and has difficulty swallowing.
Hope this helps.
