Hi,

Antibiotics course does sometime induce diarrhoea, hence most Doctors prescribe Pro-biotics along with antibiotics. But such an episode usually occurs during or just after the course.
Since there is a gap of a week, this episode of diarrhoea may not be related.
Dehydration is a dangerous complication of any diarrhoea & weakness, dizziness, malaise etc. are all signs of dehydration. Drink lots of plain water & water with ORS. Ideally you must visit a doctor for assessment of degree of dehydration and its correction. Also to rule out Tick borne diseases.

Wishing you good health.
