hi, welcome to health care magic forum,
poop you mean passing stool, there are various meanings of pooping.
from your complain it seems that you are having passing stool problem.
you are having constipation problem,
you take plenty of fluids, more green vegetables which contain more roughage and bulk so that you pass stool regularly and take spinach in your diet, also take pa pita, watermelon
as you pass blood in stool may be due to hard stool you passed, hard stool hardly struck to lower big intestine and hurt it causing bleeding.
softening of stool will cure your problem. you may take some laxative daily at night..
