Severe Chest Pains, Constant And Intense Sensation, Deep Pain On Breathing. Cure For Pain?

i have bad pain in my left chest for 2 days now. The pain is costant and intense, and very sore, very painful when I turn in bed, get up, lift my left arm , take a deep breath. The pain is deep down in the in my left chest( feels like I had a heavy load on my body and now its bruised and sore) Last month I got this pain again before my period and it lasted about 2 weeks.

this may be a sign of acute pleuritis which has got typical sharp throbbing pain in a localized area which increases on maneuvers like coughing sneezing taking deep breaths etc. you must go for chest xray PA view and complete blood count for the same.

because the pain is in left side, angina has to be ruled out,, so go for ECG.
