Severe Chest Pain, Difficulty In Breathing. On Implanon Birth Control. Taking Prilosec. Cure?

im having severe chest pains. i had a c-section on aug 3 2012 and am currently on implanon birth control . the pain lasts several hours (sometimes all day and night) i had this pain before a few times but the pain would go away after vomiting. vomiting doesnt make the pain go away now. i have been taking prilosec otc for 5 days and it hasnt helped. what is wrong with me? should i go to the emergency room? what can i take to make the pain go away? it s excrutiating and makes it hard to breathe

your symptoms are suggestive of severe esophagitis and heart burn
take a course of antacids like pantocid twice a day
prior to meals
don't lie down after eating food or medicines
drink lots of fluids
