Severe Chest Pain. RBBB Diagnosed. EKG Showing Septal Infarct. Echo And Stress Test Scheduled. Advice?

Last November, I had what I call an electric shock type chest pain. It was unbelievably painful and I could barely breathe. Went to the doc 3 days later and the Ekg showed changes which I didnt bother to ask what it was. The doc just told me if it was to happen again to call 911. Fast forward to last week, it happened again but much milder, had an ekg and it showed rbbb. This week got worse and the ekg showed abnormal ekg with septal infarct. I'm only 32 and wondering with this whole thing means. I'm having an echo and stress test next wee. Also, my doc asked me to quit my job.

hi,
as your 32 years old,
you are not mentioned about risk factors for heart disease like , hypertension , diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol levels and a family history of early heart attack.
If you have any of this risk factors , and you having chest pain , you should be investigated completely.
Regarding RBBB is a common finding in general population, and many persons with RBBB have no clinical evidence of structural heart disease.
But previously normal ECG with new onset RBBB have significance.
