Severe Bang On Wrist, Immediately Had A Big Perfect Circular Knot. Cause And Remedy?

im in 8th grade. i was at football practice about 3 hours ago and i tackled somneone and their facemask hit my wrist really hard. i looked at it like 5 seconds after it happened and there was already a big perfect circular knot on it. i think i busted the blood vessel but im not really sure. i just need to know how to treat it?

It might be soft tissue injury, ligamint injury or fracture.

Without X-ray, it is difficult to differentiate a fracture from others.

I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination.

You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance.

In the interim, ice the affected area and take anti-inflammatory drug like mortin to reduce pain and inflammation.

Avoid lifting and rest well.
