Severe Bad Cough, X-ray Shows Shadow On Right Lung. Given Antibiotics. Is It An Infection?

hi i had to take my son to hospital 2 weeks ago cause he had a really bad cough that he could keep food or liquid down and he had a chest xray and they said they had found a shadow on his right lung but they thought it was just an infection so they gave me an antibiotic for him but the cough is coming back what could it be

He requires CT Scan of the chest & fresh blood test for - CBC, TB Gold & also sputum test. You should certainly consult a good chest physician.
